According to the application, provision of a certificate of conformity is mandatory. Delivery weekly, delivery to destinations. Documents for employees supplying goods are required (sanitary record, certificate, access to the catering unit). A certificate for the product is required. | Beef - Beef meat. Fresh. Category I meat. Rear end. Chopped. Meat dense. The color is red, the fat layers are white, cream or yellow. The appearance of the meat is dry, and the meat juice released in the cut is transparent. The smell of meat is natural, without impurities or extraneous bad connotations. The meat is well bled, the consistency of the fat is dense and not sticky. The crust on the meat is thin, pale pink or reddish in color. Transportation of goods must be carried out on vehicles specially designed and (or) equipped for the transportation of the specified category of food products, having a sanitary passport issued in the prescribed manner. The Supplier shall ensure that the goods are packaged in such a way as to prevent them from being damaged or deteriorated during transport to their final destination.
