The SECUR-LOK type external fixator is a disc with a diameter of 3.89 cm, a thickness of 1.35 cm, ensures reliable fixation of the tube, does not interfere with air access to the skin around the stoma and promotes optimal healing due to the presence of at least 6 rectangular radial projections and at least 6 symmetrically located holes with a diameter of 0.38 cm each. The disc is soft and moves along the tube. A radiopaque line along the entire length of the tube facilitates visualization. Centimeter markings along the tube in 1 cm increments allow you to control position of the tube in the stomach. The intragastric tip of the tube has a conical shape and is atraumatic due to being recessed into an inflating silicone balloon with a volume of 3-5 ml. This reduces the risk of irritation and bleeding from the opposite wall. stomach.
