- Lots: Maintenance services for generator sets and similar power generating equipment - The Supplier undertakes to provide the customer with maintenance work for the diesel generator: The Supplier undertakes once a month maintain and check the diesel generator; 1. Consult the Customer in the operation of the diesel generator; 2. Perform the following maintenance work on the diesel generator: - general inspection; - working and load check; - replacement of oil, fuel and purging air filters; - changing oil and coolant; - replacement of hoses and tubes; - external and internal inspection; - checking the correct start-up manually and in automatic mode; - checking operation in idle and under load modes; Engine inspection: - general inspection of the engine; - cleaning the engine from contamination; - inspection, cleaning of the radiator from cooling; - securing output connections; - checking fuel equipment; - checking the engine speed controller; - checking plastic and rubber parts pipelines; Battery inspection: - checking the condition of the batteries; - defects in the body and covers; - electrolyte level; - recharging batteries; - cleaning the battery terminals; Load transfer control panel: - general check work; - securing electrical connections; -checking contacts of safety circuits; - checking the emergency stop button; - checking control circuits; - checking the main contacts; - checking the transformer...
