Purpose: Welding critical structures made of carbon steel. Welding positions: Bottom, vertical, ceiling. Current: Alternating and direct reverse polarity (DC+, AC). Deposition rate: ~8.0 g/(A•h). Electrode consumption: ~1.6 kg per 1 kg of metal. Special properties: Easy ignition, soft arc burning, ability to bridge gaps, resistance to rust and dirt (for some analogues). Mechanical properties of the weld metal (approximately): Tensile strength up to 460 MPa, high ductility and impact viscosity. ST RK ISO 2560-2012 | Electrodes E50A 13/55-Ø 4mm-ud E 51 5-B20.
