Lots: Welding electrode - MP-3 electrodes. E46-MR-3 - 4.0-UD Ø 4mm E430(3)-R-26 .ST RK ISO 2560-2012 | Electrodes MR-3. E46-MR-3; 3.0-UD Ø 3mm E430(3) - RC11 (RC - rutile-cellulose coating; 11 - welding in all spatial positions except vertical from above with alternating and direct current). Purpose: Welding of critical structures made of carbon steels. Welding positions: Bottom, vertical, ceiling. Current: Alternating and direct reverse polarity (DC+, AC). Deposition rate: ~8.0 g/(Ah). Electrode consumption: ~1.6 kg per 1 kg of metal. Special properties: Easy ignition, soft arc burning, ability to bridge gaps, resistance to rust and dirt (for some analogues). Mechanical properties of the weld metal (approximately): Tensile strength up to 460 MPa, high ductility and impact strength. ST RK ISO 2560-2012
