• Lots: Test system for the determination of bacteria of the genus Salmonella in food raw materials, food products and their components by real-time PCR (Real-time). The test system should include the following kits: 1. kit for DNA extraction and purification bacteria of the genus Salmonella from food raw materials, food products and their components using real-time PCR (Real-time); 2. kit for DNA amplification of bacteria of the genus Salmonella using real-time PCR (Real-time). Each set must be packed in separate packages protected from moisture. The test system must contain at least 50 and no more than 100 analyzes (studies), excluding controls. Also, the test system should include sterile tubes with a volume of 0.2 ml for real PCR time (Real-time) in an amount not less than the number of analyzes (studies) in the sets. All test system reagents must be ready for use. Repeated defrosting of reagents should be allowed. The packaging and bottles must indicate: name of the kit or component, date of manufacture, expiration date, volume, series, storage conditions and trademark of the manufacturer's organization. The shelf life of the test system, kits and their components must be at least 12 months. At the time of delivery The shelf life of the test system, kits and their components must be at least 80% from the date of manufacture.
