- 1. The subject of the contract is: Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00 for the Commune of Libiąż to finance the planned deficit of the budget of the Commune of Libiąż and to repay previously incurred liabilities for loans and credits on the terms and conditions specifiedin SWZ and order documents.
1) The loan will be granted and settled in Polish zlotys (PLN).
2) The loan amount is PLN 2,000,000.00. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the credit granted in its entirety without incurring additional commissions and fees on this account.
3) BlueprintCredit period: until December 31, 2035.
4) As of the date of concluding the agreement, the credit will be made available to the Ordering Party within the dates and tranches specified by the Ordering Party.
