Description :
In French: the United Nations Office in Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for a call for tenders which it will soon make for the execution of the maintenance work of the inverters (ASC Food without cutting) and STS (Source transfer system) at the Palais des PalaisNations and its annexes in Geneva (Switzerland). Following this call for tenders, a contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension of one (1) additional period of two (2) years maximum (3+2), subject to the satisfactory execution ofservices provided and the availability of ONUG budgets. These services (preventive and curative maintenance) will be rendered on several inverters, between 0.7 kVA and 120 kVA, brands such as Aprotec, Socomec, APC, Borri, Riello, Schneider…. The market will be awarded to the tendererQualified whose offer essentially fulfills the conditions set out in the specifications and is considered to be the least expensive for the Onug. Please note that this request for expression of interest (EO) does not constitute a call for tenders. Onug reserves the right to modify or cancelthe call for tenders at any time. Only suppliers considered to be qualified by the Onug to provide these goods will be invited to participate. The deadline for receiving expressions of interest (submitting the response form below) is set for Friday, May 9, 2025, 5 p.m. (from Geneva). All responses will be treated strictly confidentially.
