Lots: Services for maintenance and technical support of the information system - Name, characteristics and quantity of goods supplied, name and volume of work performed, services provided for 2025: Training in working with the software product: 1. Individual training in the amount of 100 hours IN THE CUSTOMER-S OFFICE; 2. Training is conducted in the following areas of accounting: • Financing plan and making changes to the financing plan; • Registration of contracts; • Applications for registration civil transaction; • Accounts payable; • Formation of memorial order No. 2 and form 4-20 in 1C; • Personnel accounting and payroll; • Inventory accounting (fuel and lubricants accounting is considered separately); • Accounting for long-term assets; • Accounting for settlements with accountables persons; • Financial and tax reporting; • Closing the period. 3. The supplier company providing support services must meet the following requirements: • status as an official partner of the 1C company to receive license updates and registration of ITS subscription; • status of a network competence center; • status of a certified training center; • the presence of at least two certified employees with 1C certificates: 1C technology platform specialist: Enterprise 8; • availability specialist consultant on the 1C software product: Enterprise 8. Accounting for government agencies in Kazakhstan.
