Invitation to bid for the Procurement of
Supply and Delivery of Ibong Adarna and Florante at Laura
for Grade 7 and Grade 8 Learners for SY 2025-2026
1. The Department of Education, Regional Office XI, through the DBM-NBC Annex No. 595 intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Two Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen Pesos and 88/100 (₱17,258,916.88) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB 007-03-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Education, Regional Office XI, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
