- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "KPU") in the cadastral area of Mlynařovice u Volar, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll.Decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree").
The design of the KopU will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register. The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision to approve land consolidation and the decision on exchange or transitionOwnership rights. The proposal of the KPU will be prepared according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for the implementation of land consolidation and the requirements of land consolidation, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll."). ToThe perimeter of comprehensive land consolidation includes the entire cadastral area of Mlynařovice near Volar. For land that will not require a solution within the meaning of Section 2 of the Act, a set of geodetic information will be restored. The estimated area of the area is 1 093,8562 ha.
