- Landeskrankenhaus Andernach-Construction and operation of a Security Operations Center (SOC) The reason for the procurement The state hospital (institution under public law, hereinafter also Aoer) is the largest hospital operator in the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic and neurological area in Rhineland-Palatinate. The sponsoring organization includes a total of seven large locations and other smaller hospitals.
