- The contract relates to the following services: cleaning of networks and grease bins - Rouen, Le Havre and Dieppe zones to be carried out in the various buildings of the departmental domain of which the department of Seine -Maritime is responsible (buildings for offices, CMS, museums ...), binsMaritimes and rivers of the Seine-Maritime department, to their approval, water passage (calendar, etc.), shipyard, floating dock, drying installations of ships and buildings falling under the SDIS listed in the BPU.
The buyer acts within the framework of a group of orders: the groupingof orders is made up of the department of Seine-Maritime and the departmental fire and rescue service of the Seine-Maritime in accordance with article L.2113-6 of the public procurement code.
The designated coordinator is the department of Seine-Maritime; The departmental fire serviceand rescue of the Seine-Maritime ensuring the proper execution of its own services.
The form chosen for the execution of the contract is at order form without minimum amount and with a maximum mono-attribute amount in application of articles R2162-1 to R2162-3, R2162-4 2 , R2162-6 andR2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code
