- A brief description of the procurement: The dams of the sea and forest are located on the Vosu River in Haljala rural municipality, Vosu small town. The purpose of the procurement is to eliminate the sea and forest dam. As a result of the work, the sea and forest dams will be liquidated and, according to the main project, a rapids-fish access and a forest dam will be built in place of the sea dam.Artificial ridge.
