- This notice concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders.
The purpose of this contract is to remove asbestos paint from the ballast tanks where the deballasting pumps are located in order to
remove the risk of accidental release of asbestos fibers during interventions on these facilities.
This contract is part of the maintenance work in operational condition of the buildings of the French Navy.
It is part of a procedure with negotiation with prior publicity in accordance with the provisions of articles L2324-3,
