- The services will be the subject of three mono-attribute framework agreements with maximum executed by emission of purchase orders according to the definition of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The Sarthe department, for the sake of promotion Employment and fight against exclusion, decided to apply the provisions of articles L. 2112-2 of the public procurement code by including in the specifications of this market a compulsory employment promotion clause. This clause is applicable to the 3 lots. *Ability Technique: - certificate of competence of workers authorized to work under subsection 4 (subsection approval 4) or equivalent, for work on or near asbestos materials - Coverage: candidates will have to present at least one of the following qualifications or Equivalent: Qualibat 3132 (slate coverage) - 3101 (fitting or slipping tiles) - 3121 (flat tiles) - 3151 (metal cover except lead)
