- This market is reserved for adapted companies mentioned in article L5213-13 of the Labor Code, for establishments and services of support through the work mentioned in article L 344-2 of the Code of Social Action and Families as well as to equivalent structures when they employA minimum proportion of 50 % of disabled workers who, due to the nature or severity of their deficiencies, cannot exercise a professional activity under normal conditions (articles L2113-12 and R 2113-7 of the public procurement code). It is a framework agreement concludedWith a single economic operator and fixing all the contractual stipulations, in application of articles R 2162-1 et seq., R 2162-13 and R 2162-14 of the public procurement code, and executed as and when the order is issued. This framework agreement with order pleasures includesAn annual minimum amount of 50,000 euros HT and a maximum annual amount of 150,000 euros excl. It will be concluded for a period of one year from November 1, 2025, or from its notification if it is later; He will be tacitly renewable 3 times a year, without being able to exceed atotal duration of four (4) years.
