- Lots: Maintenance services for power boilers/boiler equipment and similar power equipment and systems - 1) Checking the compliance of boiler operating parameters with the current regime. External inspection of boiler equipment when need to clean boilers. checking and adjusting the activation parameters of the boiler safety automatics, including checking the technical condition of the sensors using test gas mixtures. 2) Checking and adjusting the alarm system check condition of electrical panels. 3) Checking the quality of fuel combustion and the composition of flue gases using a gas analyzer with the provision of printouts. if necessary, adjust the boiler burners by regulating the fuel supply and air supply.4) Check operability of the automatic control system for pumps and electric valve drives. 5 Checking the compliance of the operating parameters of the water treatment system with the specified technological parameters. 6) Checking the technical condition of boiler room pumps (mains pumps heating, boiler circuit pumps, DHW pumps, cleaning if necessary. 7) Carrying out minor repairs to the boiler room (eliminating leaks, checking flange connections, cleaning mud traps) at the expense of the servicing Company. ALL problems in the burner of a gas boiler for supplier account . !!! The customer must have a confirmation certificate and a service log and 2 times a month. After the customer-s call or application, a specialist must arrive at the site within an hour.
