- Lots: Maintenance services for fire/burglar alarms/extinguishing/video surveillance systems and similar equipment - 1. Maintenance and repair of fire alarms are carried out by the supplier-s specialists consisting of at least three people who have passed knowledge testing in the field of electrical safety (not lower than group III), fire-technical minimum, as well as training in labor safety and health 2. To provide Services, the supplier within 5 (five) working days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement is obliged to provide the Customer with copies of the documents specified in clause 1. on the specialists declared by him. 3. Replacement of fire equipment: control devices, power supply units, IPR, smoke, heat sensors, Shygu board, AB, cable products at the expense supplier 4. Carrying out maintenance work on the fire alarm system OPS includes: External inspection for the absence of mechanical damage, corrosion, strength of fastenings: fire alarm sensors, junction boxes, switching centers, central equipment - control panels. Cleaning, soldering, replacement, or restoration of elements that have expired or become unusable. Cleaning, wiping, calibrating sensors. Testing the response of each zone. Measuring the value of the supply voltage (for the control panel) Measuring the value of the supply voltage (for sensors). Monitoring the performance of the fire alarm system.
