- Lots: Maintenance services for main heat-conducting networks/heating networks and equipment - Maintenance services for heat meters. Responsibilities of the Contractor. -During October-December 2025, once a month (at sites without a modem) external preventive inspection of the heat meter during operation (includes the following types of work: checking the presence of seals, hermetic connection of the converter with the pipeline, absence of mechanical damage, the condition of the electrical connection between the converter housing and the pipeline) for the purpose of control performance: -daily on weekdays (if a modem is available) monitoring the performance of the heat meter: -monitoring the output signal and voltage of the power source: -cleaning the flow part from contamination (if necessary) -heat meter settings, without replacing components according to the Manual operation of the heat meter (section: possible malfunctions and methods for eliminating them) - monthly removal of a data archive from the heat meter with provision of a printout of the data to the customer and to the heat supply organization (at the place of installation of the heat meter) on paper or by e-mail - by the requirement of the Service Provider (Heat supply organizations) to produce an hourly printout, error code: - elimination of malfunctions associated with the dismantling of heat meter components and their repair or replacement are not included in the cost of service services and are carried out under a separate Agreement, for separately...
