Lots: Maintenance services for main heating networks/heating networks and equipment - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Maintenance of a thermal energy metering unit includes: - if necessary, carrying out routine maintenance aimed at maintaining normal operating condition (excluding repair work); - take archive data (readings); - drawing up a monthly report (Thermal Energy Sales Report) and printing out readings for submission to the Heat Energy Supplier by the 25th monthly - mandatory presence of a license for this type of service with the provision of a copy of the LICENSE for concluding an agreement; - availability of qualified personnel; - troubleshooting within 24 hours (except for equipment repair); - produce monitoring the performance of the STU daily with the provision of data to the log.
