Luolavuori School plot is located at Luolavuorentie 36 on the slope of Kallioinen. The plot is surrounded by Takamaanpuisto Park in every directionAs a large forest and elsewhere, narrower forests with blocks of flats and small houses. The school plot has a town plan 19/2004 (entered into force on 6 August 2005), where the plot is designated as a block of buildings serving teaching activities. Buildings may not exceed two floors high,And the maximum permitted building right is 9,000 square meters. There is no need to change the town plan on the Luolavuori school site due to the school project.
