- The details of the missions entrusted to the holder is the specifications. The services are paid by flat prices. As part of the approaches taken by the City in order to save water resource, a work program has been established, aimed at modifying the operating principleof certain works. This program which consists in going from the "open circuit" system to the "closed circuit" system will concern a park of 16 fountains. These are infrastructure operations. This passage of the city's fountains in a closed circuit requires support by a masterof work. The missions entrusted to the prime contractor are as follows: Basic missions: DIA/APS-APD/and pro-DCE/ACT/VISA/DET/AOR-DOE
