- Lots: Catheter - Balloon catheter for transluminal angioplasty of high-pressure coronary arteries. Cylinder material and cylinder structure: three-layer - elastomer/nylon/elastomer. Balloon diameter (mm): 2.00; 2.25; 2.5; 2.75; 3.0; 3.25; 3.5; 3.75; 4.0; 4.5; 5.0. Length: 6, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30 mm. Hydrophilic M-coating for distal 32 cm. Lack of hydrophilic coating on cylinders 6 and 8 mm long. 2 x-ray contrast markers. Distal balloon profile 0.036". Distal tip with 0.42mm profile and length 2.9 mm.. Quick change cylinder for a 0.014" conductor. Working length of the catheter is not less than 145 cm. The diameter of the proximal shaft is 1.9 Fr, distal 2.6 Fr. Nominal pressure 12 atm. Burst pressure 22 atm (for cylinders with a diameter of 2.00-4.00) and 20 atm. (for cylinders with a diameter of 4.50-5.00). The design of the balloon is three-leaf with short arms of 3 mm. Thin and short radiopaque marks 0.8 mm long and 25 microns thick. A short stainless steel stylet in the middle shaft to strengthen the exit port for the guide and prevent kinks, to ensure the transfer of pushing force from the proximal to the distal segment of the catheter. | The microcatheter is equipped with a system that allows the distal tip of the catheter to come off if it sticks to the embolisate when it reaches a certain tension value of the microcatheter.
