Lots: Medical services for prosthetics - PR2-KOB, Modular forearm prosthesis, consisting of components: with a composite socket individually made according to a carbon impression and a soft inner sleeve made of thermoplastic Cosmetic brush, with replaceable cosmetic shell made of PVC or silicone, coated to increase performance characteristics and the ability to remove contaminants - at least 2 (two) pieces. Fastening due to the anatomical shape of the stump of the socket. Manufacturing time up to 120 days from the moment of the patient-s initial arrival. Warranty for prosthesis components - 2 years, for consumable parts (any covers and shells) - 6 months, for prosthetic socket - 6 months. The guarantee starts from the moment the product is issued for trial wear. Components/semi-finished products used for the manufacture of prosthetic and orthopedic products in accordance with this technical specification must be new, not earlier than 2025. The potential supplier must attach to the application a list of all components (semi-finished products) that will be used for the manufacture of prosthetic and orthopedic products in accordance with this technical specification, indicating the name, article number of the manufacturer, quantity, name of the plant manufacturer and trademark, for each item.
