- Purchase item: Natural gas, fixed tariff for 1 month, without distribution for the period from 01.04.2023 - until 30.04.2023 (inclusive). Payment payments (100%). Payment for the actual (consumed) volume of natural gas shall be made within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by the authorized persons of both parties of the act of acceptance and transfer of natural gas for the corresponding month, depending on the real financing of expenditures. The cost of gas should include all expenses, including the cost of transportation of natural gas for internal entrance points and points of exit/with gas transmission (s) system (s) (ordered (contractual) capacity). The customer has the right to terminate the contract or terminate it in terms of supply of natural gas, including in the case of the choice of another supplier or the completion of the heating season according to the order the actual amount of expenditures of the customer, as well as in case of reduction of the consumer need of the goods / volume of work / volume of services.
