Lots: Fish Caviar - 1. The fertilized caviar of the Russian sturgeon (Acipenser GueldestadtiBrandt) caviar received from the female of the Russian sturgeon of the Caspian population and artificially fertilized by the milk of several males of the Russian sturgeon of the Caspian population. The temperature of the water in the incubation prod should correspond to the spawning, i.e. +12, - +18S. The fertilized caviar must be exhaustedIn a special device or tannin and thoroughly washed. At the time of arrival at the enterprise, fertilized caviar should be at the 25th stage of development, (the stage of convergence of the side plates and the formation of thickening in the area of the rudiment of the rear -room department and tail). Caviar should be without the presence of infectedCaviar saprophonyia. When delivering goods, the percentage of fertilization of caviar should be at least 80%. The amount of caviar in 1 gram should be not lower than 50 pcs. The delivery of goods is carried out at the request of the customer according totechnical specifications.
