Without flakes of protein and strayed lumps of fat. Taste and smell are characteristic of milk, without extraneous flavors, smells. Color is white, Uniform in the mass. Products should not have food additives and flavorings, with the exception of functionally necessary components. The shelf life at the time of delivery should be at least 72 hours.
