• Lots: Services for subscription to printed periodicals - 1. To place an order for newspaper and magazine products, the Customer undertakes to provide an order f. PS-7 for subscription with the signature of the first manager (Appendix 1) 2. The calculation is made in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) prepayment of the total amount of the Agreement, according to the issued invoice for payment, by transfer to the Supplier's bank account. If funds are not received, the order will not be processed. 3. The supplier undertakes to subscribe in accordance with with the deadlines stated by the owners of the media. Cancellation (client-s refusal of the publication or non-receipt from the supplier) and redirection of PPI (from one address to another) is carried out for an additional fee, according to the tariffs at the time of redirection or cancellation. The procedure and conditions for accepting, forwarding and canceling subscriptions to periodicals and their delivery are determined by the following document: Procedure for managing the business process Service for distributing periodicals by subscription, in accordance with which the Parties carry out their relationships. 4. The Supplier is not responsible for improper and untimely fulfillment of obligations if it is associated with circumstances beyond the control of the Contractor, namely: for untimely publication of publications due to the fault of publishers and for violation of conditions, i.e. for the release of united issues of publications, for non-release, liquidation of publications. 5.
