Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Accommodation, Meals and Venue Rental for CNU Various Activities with Bid No. 25-04-101
1. The Cebu Normal University using a single-year for a duration of one (1) year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025, Special Trust Fund (STF) 2025 and Income Generating Program (IGP) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php4,981,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for all items. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Cebu Normal University now invites bids for the Procurement of Accommodation, Meals and Venue Rental for CNU Various Activities. Delivery of the Goods is required within or after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
