INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF TOURISM RAPID ASSESSMENT IN THE 2ND DISTRICT OF MASBATE
1. The Provincial Government of Masbate, through LGU-s Annual Budget as Approved by the Sanggunian, FY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php2,235,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services for the conduct of Tourism Rapid Assessment in the 2nd District of Masbate (Project I.D. No. IB-Goods-37-2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Masbate now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is upon Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
