INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the TRUST FUND-PHILHEALTH E-KONSULTA PACKAGE-PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS (₱5,999,970.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES HILONGOS TF-2025-04-131. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
