1. The Employees- Compensation Commission, through the Corporate Operating
Budget for year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Ninetynine
Thousand Two Hundred Six and 81/100 Pesos (PhP4,299,206.81) being the
ABC to payments under the contract for Security Services in the ECC for One (1)
Year (2025-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening. Details of the project are as follows:
