- This operation takes on an objective of environmental labeling, from Breeam Refurbishment.
The market is cut into 3 slices:
1. A firm slice to the building permit
2. An optional tranche relating only to the preparatory work
3.On the rehabilitation work hotel and shops.
The overall forecast envelope allocated to work is 10,000,000 euros excl. Tax (ten million euros excluding taxes) decomposed as follows:
- 3,000,000 euros HT (three million euros excluding taxes) allocated to preparatory work and in particularAsbestos removal, demolition, recovery in the workplace of floors.
- 7,000,000.00 euros excluding tax (seven million euros excluding taxes) for rehabilitation work for shops in the DRC (raw shells) and hotels on the upper floors.
