- Lots: Services for the disposal of property-services for the export and disposal of equipment and materials: waste disposal by disposal and destruction, processing in accordance with existing technologies and requirements of sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary, environmental and other normsand the rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan, carried out by specialized organizations. The supplier undertakes: - Supplier have permission to issue the environment. - the removal of the service for the removal and disposal of equipment and materials is carried out on their own and means of the supplier from the customer's object.- Providing a full package of reporting documentation. - accept the equipment transferred under the acceptance certificate. - independently sort the equipment, in accordance with its physical properties and the aggregate state, the features of the subsequent life cycle, determination of parts,subject to processing and organize this work by the forces of organizations engaged in the use of secondary raw materials. -carry out at your own expense the organization of work on the processing, disposal and destruction of equipment in accordance with the requirements of sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary and sanitary,environmental and other norms and rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan. -guarantee the customer compliance of the work carried out, under this Agreement, with the requirements of sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary, environmental and other norms and rules established in the Republic of Kazakhstan. - ByEnd ...
