- The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Art. 6 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 - "Act on forests"), including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and zrtimber,
wood chassis, maintenance of forest facilities, secondary activities, seed production and nursery, to be performed in the Oborniki Śląskie Forest District in 2023, resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. The subject of the order has been divided into 5 parts ("Package"
); Package 6.1 Forestry: Krpackage 6.2 - forestry: Prusice and Osolin; Package 6.3 - forestry: Trzebnica and Pęgow; Package 6.4 - forestry: Rościsławice;
Package 6.5 - forestry Szkołka Jary
The contractor may submit an offer for one or more packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of work.
