- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new backhoe loader for the needs of the Dbowa Koda Commune., 4.2. The order includes the purchase and delivery of a brand new backhoe loader that meets the following basic requirements: - brand new machine, year of production, no earlier than 2023;, - the machine is technically adapted to travel on public roads (it will have appropriate lighting, direction indicators, warning triangle, seat belt, warning lamps placed on the roof of the machine, speedometer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, CE declaration of conformity); - operating weight of the machine from 8,100 kg to 8,800 kg; - transport length of the machine up to 5.7 m; , - turbocharged diesel engine with gross rated power ranging from 65 HP to 75 HP, meeting STEGE V exhaust emission standards, without AdBlue;, - two-axle drive of the backhoe loader, possibility of one-wheel drive;,- the authorized stationary and mobile service point should be located within a maximum distance of 100 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters.
