- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the supply of coal fuel in the amount of up to 100 tons to the District School Complex in Warta. , 2. The indicated quantity is only an estimate. If the Ordering Party fails to exhaust the purchase limits, the Contractors will not be entitled to any compensation as a result.hereuus of the claim., 3. The subject of delivery must meet the following requirements: , , a) Coal fuel parameters not worse than:, Calorific value minimum 25,000 kj/kg, Ash content maximum 16%, Sulfur content maximum 0.6%, Humidity maximum 10 %, Coal fuel grain size from 2.5 cm to 5 cm., Delivery of the above-mentioned. prthe subject of the order will be delivered in quantities of approximately 3-4 tons on a weekly basis, unless unforeseen weather conditions occur that increase or decrease the demand for coal fuel.to the subject of the order, self-unloading.
