• Lots: Gasoline for spark ignition engines - Gasoline grade: AI-92 in coupons, the quality of gasoline must meet the requirements of the state standard ST RK 1183-2003, as well as the certificate of conformity issued by the manufacturer. Supplier must have gas stations (hereinafter referred to as gas stations) in the city of Petropavlovsk and in all regional centers of the North Kazakhstan region. This condition is mandatory!!!!!! The supplier's gas station must comply with all sanitary, fire and other standards. The Supplier provides services for the provision of coupons by the Customer, the issuance of which is carried out in accordance with the scope of the relevant terms of the Agreement. At the same time, coupons must be protected from counterfeiting. The supplier must within 5 working days after signing agreement to provide a list of gas stations with location addresses. The Supplier is obliged to refuel the Customer's vehicles at any time of the day, and refueling of the Customer's vehicles must be carried out by the Supplier's operators (employees). The customer has the right to receive the entire volume of fuel and lubricants. The price for fuel and lubricants presented in the Supplier's Application cannot be revised and is not subject to adjustment until the Supplier's obligations under the Contract are fully fulfilled. Coupons must be valid until fully used. In case of untimely use of coupons, their validity period is extended
