Description:
Lots: Battery for Iveco Power Daily 2013, VIN LNVU1CA 39DV401019. Battery parameters: reverse polarity, capacity not less than 100Ah, starting current not less than 780A, voltage 12V. The goods are delivered by the Supplier-s vehicle to the destination: Zhezkazgan, st. Zheltoksan, 22. USSO warehouse. The customer does not pick up goods from post offices and other places. All shipping costs must be included in the price. When submitting price proposals from suppliers, be sure to indicate valid and actual addresses and telephone numbers. The Supplier guarantees that the Goods supplied under this Agreement are: 1) of high quality and complying with the requirements of national standards, and in the absence of interstate standards for purchased goods; 2) new, unused, in original packaging, free from any defects in material and workmanship; 3) free from any rights and claims of third parties that are based on industrial and (or) other intellectual property. Warranty the period for the supplied Goods is determined to be 12 (twelve) calendar months from the date of receipt of the Goods at the Customer-s warehouse. The warranty period for replaced or repaired Products begins from the date of replacement with a new Product. All expenses for Elimination and replacement of defects in the Goods, including those related to customs clearance, are also borne by the Supplier.
