Lots: Coal - ash content in the dry state of the fuel is not more than 42%, the total moisture in the working state is not more than 9%, the yield of volatile substances in the dry ash-free state of the fuel is not more than 45%, the lower calorific value of the working fuel is not less than 4000 kcal/kg, ignition temperature of at least 420 degrees C, self-ignition temperature of at least 550 degrees C, coal fraction from 0 mm to no more than 300 mm, coal with a fraction of more than 300 mm is not supplied at all, mass fraction of coal with a fraction from 0 mm to 13 mm is not more than 15% Coal that does not comply with the technical specifications and the certificate of conformity in the form of a dust fraction in an amount of more than 15% of the supplied weight is not accepted and must be returned at the expense of the Supplier, with the drawing up of a visual inspection report with representatives of the Customer and Supplier, followed by replacement with coal that meets the quality certificate, within 5 working days. If foreign objects (stones, rock, debris, etc.) are found in coal, the coal is considered to be of poor quality, regardless of quantity of foreign objects and is not subject to acceptance by the Customer. All costs associated with the supply of low-quality, defective coal that does not meet the technical specifications and certificate of conformity are borne by the Supplier. Cost 1 tons of coal includes: delivery and unloading of coal to the Customer-s warehouse, weighing of each trip of supplied coal on scales is also carried out at the expense of the supplier on the territory of Oktyabrsky or Chelgashinsky village...
