In case of delivery of low-quality goods, the supplier is obliged to replace the goods within 5 working days days. The warranty period is 1 year. If defects are detected during the warranty period, the customer has the right to submit a claim to the Supplier to eliminate the identified defects. The supplier is obliged to provide documents confirming the compliance of the supplied goods with the requirements established by technical regulations, provisions of standards or other documents in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
