Lots: Insulator IPU-10/630-7.5 UHL1 is designed for conducting and insulating current-carrying parts of closed switchgears of power stations and substations, complete switchgears with voltage up to 10 kV and frequency 100 Hz for operation in atmospheres of types I and II according to GOST 15150-69, and also for removing high voltage wires from transformer tanks, oil and air circuit breakers, as well as for insulating wires passing through the walls of buildings. Bushing insulators IPU-10/630-7.5 UHL1 consist of a porcelain part, through the internal cavity of which a current-carrying metal passes a rectangular rod (tire) or group of tires. If the insulator is supplied without busbars, then the installation and fastening of live parts into these insulators is carried out directly at the installation sites. For mounting the bushing insulator IPU-10/630-7.5 UHL1 on the tank lid or on the wall, it is equipped with metal flange. The flange is connected to the porcelain piece using a cement-sand composition. The current-carrying busbar is mounted in metal centering washers or in metal caps.
