Rolls that are deformed, wrinkled or uneven at the ends, with side sagging, with cracks in the crust and explosions. The surface should not be flat, concave or wrinkled. The color of the crust is golden brown, the surface is shiny, smooth, without swelling and cracks, stains and burns. When cut, the crumb should be well baked, elastic, not sticky or wet to the touch, without lumps or traces of unmixing. | Carrots - Fresh table carrots of the selected variety. Must be washed or cleared of soil in a dry way and packaged.
