Description:
Lots: Carrots. Fruits of class 1, fruit size at the largest transverse diameter is 2-6 cm (75-275 g). Root crops are fresh, whole, healthy, not withered, without damage by agricultural pests, without excessive moisture. The length of the remaining cuttings is no more than 2 cm, or without them, but without damaging the shoulders of the root crop. Root vegetables with shallow (2-3mm) natural cracks in the cortical part formed during the formation of the fruit are allowed. Carrots should be free of foreign smell and taste. Root size by transverse diameter 2.5-6.0 cm. Cracked or broken root vegetables no more than 7 cm. It is not allowed to keep root crops that are wilted, rotten, steamed, frozen, or cracked with an open core. The presence of soil stuck to the roots is no more than 1% of the mass. Packed in fabric bags. Test report for a month, examination certificate for each batch. Each batch must indicate the deadline for implementation. At the time of delivery, at least 2/3 of the sales period. Shelf life: no more than 1 month. GOST 33540-2015
