Lots: Chicken - Premium grade chickens GOST 31962-2013, chickens must be produced in accordance with the requirements of this standard, according to technological instructions, in compliance with sanitary rules for meat and food processing enterprises, approved in the prescribed manner. | Beef - Fresh beef tail meat, 1st grade, delivery upon customer's request orally (by phone). The meat should have a rich red color, the fat should be soft white and dense. The meat should have a fresh and pleasant smell, tender and marbled structure. It should be elastic and when pressed with a finger on the meat, the dent should straighten out quickly. A cut piece of beef should be slightly moist at the cut edge, not dry. The meat should be shiny in appearance and it should be clear that it is freshly cut. Beef meat of category 1 must comply with: ST RK 1759-2008, ST RK 1730-2007, INTERSTATE STANDARD, GOST 779-55. For each shipment of goods, the Customer is provided with: a veterinary certificate issued by a veterinary inspector for animal products, as well as an examination certificate after slaughter of livestock with markings on the date of production, date the final period of use, in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations Requirements for packaging, marking, labeling and their correct application.
