Description:
Lots: Assorted caramel. The product must be certified in accordance with GOST and comply with the requirements of the regulations in force in the Republic of Kazakhstan on food safety. The packaging must indicate the date of manufacture, shelf life of the product and storage conditions. Delivery of goods is carried out according to the customer's request according to the schedule. Accompanying documents: invoice, declaration of conformity and product safety, medical record of the driver and forwarder, sanitary passport for transport (sanitary and epidemiological certificate for vehicles for transporting food products). All the above documents must be current on the date of receipt of goods, and promptly replaced when the document expires. The potential supplier must comply with all sanitary and hygienic standards and regulations, including storage temperatures when transporting food orders. The Supplier participates in the acceptance and transfer of Goods in accordance with the terms of the contract. The Customer has the right to refuse to accept the Goods in the following cases: 1) the goods are delivered in excess of the specified quantity of the declared quantity of the Customer. 2) The product is expired. 4) The product is damaged. 5) Product without proper documents. Term The shelf life of the goods must comply with the standards and must be valid for at least 12 months at the time of delivery of the goods.
