The smell is characteristic of lentil cereals without any foreign odors, not musty, not moldy. Taste - characteristic Lentil cereal without any extraneous flavors, not sour, not bitter. Free from weeds. The grain must be completely cleared of the shell; unhulled grain is not allowed. Pest infestation of grain stocks is not allowed.
