Lots: Butter - Butter is a product obtained from cow's milk. It is a milk fat concentrate of at least 82.5%. The product must not contain: emulsifiers, preservatives, acidity regulators, flavorings, dyes, that is, everything "fillers" and "improvers", ersatz oil or spread used to replace the natural base. Milk fat has valuable biological and taste qualities. It includes a balanced complex of fatty acids and contains a significant amount phosphatides and fat-soluble vitamins, has a low melting point (32-35 °C) and hardening point (15-24 °C), and is easily absorbed by the body (90-95%). The composition of butter also includes proteins, carbohydrates, and some water-soluble substances contained in milk. vitamins, minerals and water. Butter is high in calories and digestibility. Butter contains vitamin A and D. Sweet creamy, not salty, homogeneous consistency, without foreign tastes and odors, color from white to light yellow. The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery must be at least 30 days, indicating the date of manufacture. Packing: not less than 200 gr. no more than 250 gr.
