For the transportation of food raw materials and food products, vehicles must be used specifically designed or equipped for such purposes and having health records issued in accordance with the established procedure for the Driver or the Supplier's forwarder who will supply food products must periodically undergo a preliminary medical examination in accordance with the procedure established by law Acceptance Rules: All food products supplied by the Supplier are accepted by authorized employees of the Customer. An authorized employee of the Customer weighs and opens the packaging (bags, wrappers, etc.) of each product (batch) to determine the quality and freshness of the supplied product.
